Tom Bull started on 1 October as Library/Archive Intern. He is thrilled to be back at the BSA. His first interaction with the BSA occurred while an undergraduate at Bristol, when he took part in the 47th Annual Undergraduate Summer Course. A lot has changed for him since 2019, including completing his Master’s at Oxford. In that time, however, Tom’s determination to return to Athens has not wavered, and returning to the BSA has absolutely been the homecoming he had hoped for. He feels fortunate to be here for the next year; the BSA’s history is long, and he feels there is something magical in knowing that in the few days he has been here, new accessions have already evolved into fully fledged parts of the collection through his time and effort. To know that he is now a very small part of a very proud history like that of the BSA is a privilege few have and one for which he is immensely grateful.
